Create a Outlook2010 view of only your meeting workspaces appointments.

  1. Open outlook and go to the calendar area.
  1. Select the ‘View’ tab in the top ribbon bar.
  1. Click the dropdown arrow on the 'change view button', select the 'Manage Views...'.
  1. Click ‘New’ and type a name for the view. e.g. ‘MyMeetingWorkspacesView’, hit the ‘OK’ button.
  1. Select ‘Filter’
  1. Go to the ‘Advanced’ tab, click on ‘Field’ dropdown button and select the ‘All Appointment fields’ dropdown list item. Finally select the ‘Meeting Workspace URL’ option.
  1. Check that the condition is set to ‘is not empty’ and press ‘OK’.
  1. And….. you’re done. :-) To use the newly created view just select it under the ‘Change View’ button on the ‘View’ ribbon tab.
  1. Now you will only see your meeting workspace meetings in your otherwise ‘clean’ appearing calendar.
